clip_image0021

OK, so here we are, about to embark on a New Year.  If you looked at your time and how you spend it, what New Year’s Resolution will you make to change your time management for the better?

Mine?  I resolve to work really smart this year.  That means not spending time on things that have no impact on the bottom line.  I want to have a life free of guilt regarding how I use my time.

NOW, post your Resolution in the Comments!

HAPPY NEW YEAR :-)

  1. My time resolution?

To schedule first thing each day my quiet time with God, my exercise, my morning tasks, and my writing time, so that I do the most important things first.

  2. OK, Karen, let’s make this happen! Keep me posted on your progress – I know you can do it because you want to!

    My best,
    Patty

  3. My time resolution duplicates yours Patty:

Make effective use of the time in the day. Schedule and concentrate on the things that advance me toward my professional and personal goals, and try to avoid things that are time wasters or that just allow me to procrastinate.

  4. Hey Matt, sounds like a smart plan to me! Let me know how it goes for you as the year progresses.

    My best,
    Patty

  5. Patty, I think yours is good for most of us.
This was my thought also – focus only on the priorities and disregard the unnecessary.

Also trying to plan things I really want to do, early so other things have to fit into the schedule instead of me never having time to do some of the other things I would enjoy.
